Heritage properties require a sensitive approach which was perfectly executed in the redecoration of part of this historic country house overlooking Ashdown Forest, East Sussex. Respecting the 16th-century design elements of this listed home, Oliver Bea celebrated the stone fireplaces, lead light windows and original beams with sympathetic, elegant, decorative schemes for the orangery, dining room, living room and guest bedrooms.
